Things have been pretty okay, I suppose. Been having many thoughts revolving around serious issues, and dammit, I am getting so frustrated with job hunting it's rediculous. I have a goal to be out of this current hell hole by spring and things are looking grim. I heard the recession was so-called over, but I'm calling bullshit on that. The wanted ads all clearly state its not over, even online job sites--no one is hiring unless you have 3 to 5 years experience with the degree I have. What happened to training a new hired employee with a fresh degree ready to work full-time and fulfill a LIFE they can call their own?

But I digress. I know things could be MUCH worse. However, I dislike where I am, and I feel like I'm not accomplishing anything I hoped to be in the middle of by now. I'm keeping as positive as possible, I'm still fishing the job market, and I hope and pray to the gods and goddesses above I snag a grand catch SOON ><;

I'm seriously considering busting my ass for another associate degree. Yeah, another one. This time as a x-ray or radiologic technician. I have all the pre-reqs and even the first semesters of classes already completed from my last degree I got in May. Two, maybe three semesters and I'd have another degree in my talon. Unfortunately, that requires moving and I don't have the money for that at this current moment let alone for more college soooo, I'll just have to keep trying to figure out exactly how to go about getting two huge improvements into one big hooray for me.

I'm trying to stay optimistic, I really am. Its just frustrating how hard getting a job is these days.
